In our training center in Hamburg, we prepare new technicians for their tasks at Coffema and constantly refresh the knowledge of our "old hands". This intensive training guarantees that all Coffema employees' know-how is always at the cutting edge of machine technology. Correctness and friendliness towards customers is also trained, besides awakening our employees' love of coffee, of course.

Coffema supports its field force technicians with state-of-the-art IT. An internal information system, which enables all employees to understand complicated, technical topics is also available. Optimal use of these tools is also on the training agenda.
